25 years ago, “golf” and “fitness” were rarely in the same sentence. Golf may have been considered a pathway for better fitness, but fitness wasn’t considered a pathway for better golf. The industry could not be different today, making golf-specific workouts an expectation for many avid golfers.
I have a foundation degree in Golf Management and a Level 2 certification with the Titleist Performance Institute in Golf Strength and Conditioning. I have caddied for pros such as Darren Clark and Ernie Els at the exclusive Queenwood Golf Club. On a personal level I have played myself since I was 6 and I’m currently playing off handicap of 4.7 (watch this space).
