1:1 TRAINING 

Working at your home gym, I’ll assess where you are and then reassess monthly. So we’re always progressing. You’ll get a safe, bespoke programme built around three key pillars: movement, nutrition and regeneration.

We’ll cover every aspect of life: strength, fitness, cardiovascular health, food and water intake. I’ll even look at your stress levels and sleep patterns and help you build healthy habits. 

I work weekdays and over the weekend so I can work around your schedule. I’ll set you homework. And you can drop me a text or call me at any time of the day if you have any questions. 

And if you want to build that home gym? I’ll guide you on the specific equipment you’ll need. 

VIRTUAL TRAINING 

ONLINE COACHING WHEREVER YOU ARE

I work in and around the south east however the use of online training means we can work wherever you may that way we can keep your goals in focus.

How does virtual training work? I’ll put together a programme that’s specific to your focus and talk you through it on Zoom or FaceTime.

Each day, we’ll run through your programme of activities and I’ll check out your form and movement. If we need to tweak anything, I’ll demonstrate it online.
